- Points system — New points system based on global stats, rewarding players for XP and channel-creation milestones.

User Follow
- Added User Follow — A new feature that allows users to request a follow on other users; upon acceptance, the requester is automatically moved to the requested user's voice channel unless it's a join-to-create channel or the requester doesn't have access to that voice channel.
- New commands — Added two new commands:
!follow and !unfollow. Both have been added to the documentation for further detail.
- Changes — Added visual cues for running commands in unmanaged channels and for lack of permissions; if the bot lacks any needed permission it will follow up with a message stating those permissions to help server administrators debug permission issues.

Chat History, VC Sync & Setup
- New option — Added
chat_history as an option in /settings setup, allowing users to disable ReadMessageHistory permissions for their setups.
- Major changes — Created VCs are no longer synced with the category they're created under; it's a limitation that was resulting in malfunctions regarding the autoban feature, a trade-off between removing autoban or keeping it.
- Major changes — Removed cmds channel from auto-creation in
/setup, making prefix commands completely optional given that each command now has a corresponding slash command counterpart.
Allow Option & Voice Activity Logging
- New option — Added
allow as an option in /settings setup, giving users the option to allow only a set of 5 roles to access created VCs in whatever setup they choose. This was added mainly to compensate for the removal of synced permission with category.
- Expanded voice activity logging — Added more logs for temporary VC activity.
Custom Branding, Guides & VC Limit
- Custom Branding — Added an option that allows server owners to customize the bot's profile in their server. It's free for now with a 2-minute cooldown but may be paywalled in the future due to how spammy it can get. Edit the bot's profile using
/settings bot; /settings view will also display your bot's custom profile.
- Website — Added a guides page that includes guides and tutorials.
- Changes — The VC limit for any setup created is ∞ (unlimited) by default. All settings are accessible in
/settings setup.
Ping, Level Roles & NSFW

/level add, /level remove, /level list, /level mode to allow admins to assign roles on level up based on level. Admins can choose between stacking and replacing so roles match their guild's aesthetic.

/toggle to allow admins to freely enable or disable any feature they'd like.
- New option — Added
interface_message option in /settings guild, allowing admins to set up a custom message for the in-voice interface. Added two new variables: {mention} and {ping}; these can be used in the custom interface message.
- Fixed bugs — Fixed a few bugs related to Autoban; it is now fully implemented and functioning properly.
Slash /vc & move category
- Commands renamed — All voice slash commands now live under
/vc instead of separate /vs-* commands (for example /vc lock, /vc allow user, /vc hide). /autoban stays its own command.
- New option — Added
move_category to /settings setup, allowing admins to choose a category where temporary voice channels are moved while they are locked or hidden (private). When you unlock or reveal, channels can move back to their normal home category.
/vc permit, /vc unpermit & Interface
- Bug fixes — Fixed permission issues when a setup has specific allow roles.

Autoban Rewrite & Permissions

Autoban rewrite — Autoban has been fully improved and rewritten. The old logic was redundant, slow, and introduced unnecessary tradeoffs that increased the bot’s complexity. That’s no longer the case.

Tier changes — Autoban slots now scale as Free 15, Guardian 25, Gatekeeper 35, Warden 45, and Overseer unlimited.

Behavior change — Autobanned users are no longer preloaded into voice channels. Instead, they are automatically kicked and banned upon joining.

More flexibility — This rewrite allows admins to better control how permissions are handled in their voice channel setups.

- Temporary moderators — The tempmods feature can now be disabled per setup, and their permissions are customizable per VC. Channel owners can modify what temporary mods can do in their channel via the interface.
- Interface — The interface has been improved with new buttons for various uses, including managing temporary mod permissions.
- New naming placeholder — Added
{display} as a new naming pattern, allowing admins to have channels named after their owner’s display name.
- Extended advanced setup — Advanced setup gives admins the ability to customize their setup during its creation process.
- Major change — Prefix commands have been disabled. Moving forward, VoiceSync is exclusively slash-command based.
- Major change — Ban and permit overwrites are now wiped on channel claim/transfer. If owner A had user A autobanned and the channel was claimed or transferred to owner B, that ban overwrite is removed—meaning autobanned user A has a brief window to rejoin the VC before getting autobanned again.
- Plans — More languages and pets are coming soon.
- Notice — AI was used partly for translation purposes only. If you’d like to assist with future translations, you’re welcome to apply to become an official VoiceSync translator.

TempMod, Interface & Autoban
- New command — Added
/vc temp clear. Channel owners and voice staff can now clear all temporary mods with a slash command without having to rely on /vc info or /vc temp list.

/vc temp manage. This command allows users to manage TempMod permissions without having to rely on the interface.
- Autoban from the interface — A new Autoban button on the control panel lets channel owners add users to their autoban list without running a command.
- New TempMod permission option — When managing temp mod permissions, owners can now choose Kick, Ban, or Both. Temp mods with Both can kick and ban.
- Interface cleanup — The Clear mods button was removed from the control panel to reduce clutter. You can still clear via
/vc temp clear, or the Clear mods button on /vc info and /vc temp list.
- Improved setup sequence — The setup sequence has been improved even further.
Ukrainian Language
- New language — VoiceSync now supports Ukrainian (Українська) alongside English and Arabic. Server admins can set the bot’s language using
/settings guild.
